What the NFL Still Gets Wrong About Concussions

Forbes reports on concussions in the NFL, specifically three issues that the NFL still has:

#1. They (the NFL) still doesn’t know how many brain injuries there actually are. Teams differ in their approach to tracking and reporting brain injuries, and sitting players as their injuries are identified.

#2.  Players hide symptoms and play through injuries because they are afraid of losing their job.

#3.  Concussions pile up across the season, as subconcussive blows begin to take their toll.
